The Ecohappiness Project blog and newsletter have moved over to Substack. Please head over to https://ecohappinessproject.substack.com and become a subscriber.
In my weekly newsletters, I’ll explore how nature can help you and your family feel happier, calmer, and inspired to protect the planet as we face multiple environmental crises. This last piece is more important than ever (have you read the news headlines lately?)
With this new generation of Ecohappiness Project, I’ll be covering more about the challenges we face to connect to nature, how ecohappiness relates to critical environmental issues like climate change and plastic pollution, the latest ecohappiness research, and how you can make a difference.
Some articles will be connected to a holiday, new research, or breaking news. I’ll also recommend books and other media, showcase awe-inspiring spots, highlight movers and shakers doing incredible work in this field, and suggest ways for you to explore nature and volunteer in your community.
For paid subscribers, you will be able to engage with this community in chats/threads to share ideas, stories, and resources as we address all types of ecohappiness topics like how to overcome barriers to spending time outdoors, our favorite ecohappiness hobbies, and how to develop a more consistent nature habit even as technology dominates our lives.
